Clients from abroad

How we bring you clients from overseas

Companies abroad that want to hire in China worry about three things: language, trust and payment. We take all three off the table, so more of them are ready to hire, and more of them find you.

  1. We go out and find the clients

We present the platform to companies abroad in English, publish practical guides on hiring and working in China, and our desk works with client companies directly. They post their briefs here instead of trying their luck on platforms they cannot read.

  2. Clients pay with confidence, so projects follow

Clients sign with our Hong Kong company and pay in US dollars, euros, pounds, Singapore dollars or Hong Kong dollars, never into a stranger's account abroad. With that worry gone, more of them go ahead and hire.

  3. A profile clients abroad understand

AI turns your Chinese CV into a polished English profile. You check and approve the headline, skills and portfolio captions before anything is shown.

  4. Vetting that speaks for you

After a skills test, an English interview, a portfolio check and a call with a talent specialist, you receive a China Fit Score by dimension. Clients abroad cannot meet you in person; the score vouches for you.

  5. Matching briefs come to you

The desk sends you briefs that fit your skills and availability, in Chinese, with the scope, timeline and budget range. You decide whether to respond.

  6. Language stops being the barrier

Client messages arrive translated into Chinese and your replies go out in English, with the original always one tap away. When you want to write in English yourself, AI helps you polish it.

What you get

Steady work, reliable pay, and someone in your corner

  • Pay you can count on

On every milestone the client pays first and you start after. Once the client approves your work, your pay goes in RMB to your own bank card or Alipay, with a target of 10 days. A client who has not answered within 14 days, with no dispute open, approves the milestone automatically.

  • Tax taken care of

We withhold individual income tax as the law requires, and your monthly statements and tax certificates are ready to download in your account. You do not need a bank account abroad.

  • Clearly scoped work

Every project has a written contract. The scope, milestones, pay in RMB and payout dates are set out before you sign.

  • Someone in your corner

If you are blocked or disagree with a client, tell the desk in the project room. The desk reviews the timeline, messages, deliverables and contract, mediates, and records the reason for every decision.

  • Your privacy protected

Before a contract, clients see your code name, skills and scores, not your name, photo, employers or contacts. Your ID number and face scan stay with the verification provider in mainland China, never on our servers.

  • All from your phone

Sign up and sign in with your mobile number and a text code. The site loads in mainland China without a VPN, and text messages tell you about new projects and payments.

What it costs

One fee, written into your contract

The platform fee comes out of your project pay. Before you sign, the contract states the amount in RMB you receive after the fee, and a later change to the fee rules never reaches a contract you have signed.

  • The longer you work with the same client, the lower the fee.
  • Clients you bring onto the platform carry a lower fee.

Questions

What freelancers ask us

Do I need to speak English?
You need working English: vetting includes an AI-run English interview scored on clarity and listening. Day to day, two-way translation and AI writing help do much of the work.
Can I contact clients directly?
No. All communication stays on the platform, and phone numbers, WeChat IDs, email addresses and links in messages are hidden automatically. If a client wants to hire you directly, tell the desk. The rule is what keeps your pay protected.
When do I get paid?
Once the client approves a milestone, your pay is scheduled, with a target of 10 days to your bank card or Alipay. Your project contract sets the exact period.
What if I do not pass vetting?
You receive your score by dimension with short feedback, and you can apply again after 90 days.
